About the Internship:

For the Month of August 2024, a two-week “Online Short Term Internship Programme- August 2024 (OSTI- August 2024)”. The Internship will commence from 5th August to 16th August 2024.

Eligibility

Applications are invited from eligible students from the entire country. Eligibility and selection criteria will be as follows:-

• Students studying in 3rd year and onwards of an integrated 5-year PG course
• Students studying in 3rd/final year of graduation course.
• Students of any semester/year of any post-graduate degree course.
• Students of any semester/year of any post-graduate diploma course.
• Students who are research scholars in any stream.
• student should not be more than 28 years old as of 1st July 2024.

Note:- Student must have consistently attained a minimum of 60% marks in class XII and all subsequent years in attended degree or diploma courses, including the presently pursued courses.

Duration

2 Weeks Internship commence from 5th August to 16th August.

Work timings: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Applications without the following will be summarily rejected:

• Statement of Purpose (SoP): A 250-word write-up on the topic ‘Statement of Purpose (SoP) for joining NHRC Online Short Term Internship’ will be required to be submitted by the applicants along with the application form online which will also serve as a basis of selection.
• Marksheets: Enclose self-attested scanned copies of mark sheets from 12th Standard and onwards and mark sheets of each year/semester of presently pursuing the course.
• Recommendation Letter: Scanned Recommendation letter/email by HOD/Dean/Principal concerned in the annexed Proforma.

Awards

• All the student interns successfully completing the internship would receive a stipend of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only)
• Certification of participation will be awarded to the candidates on the basis of their punctuality, discipline, participation in online sessions; timely submission of Group project presentations & presentations & Project Reports and Book Reviews.
• Interns must attend all the sessions of the internship. any application for leave will not be entertained.
